Your property enquiry and privacy

AirLandlords / CorporateLuxe uses the details you submit to respond to your property enquiry, discuss your estimate and follow up about potential property services.

We collect your name, email, mobile number, property postcode, property details, any calculator inputs and estimate where available, submission time and record of your agreement to enquiry contact. The CorporateLuxe enquiry form also collects bedroom count, letting duration, whether you are offering a whole property or a private room, and your preferred start time. When you request an income projection, we also store the monthly rent entered, calculated monthly and annual estimates and the twelve-month breakdown.

Your enquiry is stored in a private Google Sheet using Google Apps Script. Access should be limited to the AirLandlords / CorporateLuxe team handling property enquiries. Google provides the storage and processing services.

Submitting this enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell your contact details. Contact us if you would like us to stop following up or to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details.

We keep enquiry information while handling your enquiry and any resulting relationship. You can ask us about the retention period or request deletion at any time.
